- Return the Tool: Upon approval from our customer support team, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the damaged tool. Please ensure that you carefully package the item to prevent any further damage during transportation.
- Verification and Exchange: Once we receive the damaged tool, our team will inspect it to verify the reported damage. If the damage is deemed eligible for an exchange, we will ship a replacement tool to you at no additional cost.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Timeframe: Damaged tool claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. Claims made beyond this period will not be eligible for an exchange.
